Ready to Adapt

Ready to Adapt is an Erasmus+ project led by Association Petite Graine to strengthen adult learners’ and educators’ capacity to respond to climate impacts. From June 2026 to November 2027, the project will develop European mobilities, practical tools and local workshops on preparedness, resilience, critical thinking and civic participation in the Pyrenean territory.

Through training activities, peer learning, and reflection, the project explores how nature-based approaches can support young people's mental health, well-being, inclusion, and active participation.
