Bien-ĂȘtre en Mouvement

Bien-ĂȘtre en Mouvement

Bien-ĂȘtre en Mouvement is an Erasmus+ youth exchange coordinated by Association Petite Graine in BagnĂšres-de-Luchon, in the French Pyrenees. From 4 to 12 July 2026, young people from France, Germany, Spain and Hungary come together to explore one essential question: how can we take care of ourselves, each other and the environment around us?

Through non-formal education, the project offers workshops on mindfulness, breathing, movement, nutrition, body expression, hiking and outdoor cooperation. Participants discover simple and accessible practices to strengthen their mental and physical well-being, manage stress and build healthier and more sustainable daily habits.

The project places young people with fewer opportunities at its centre, including those facing economic, social, geographical or discrimination-related barriers. Its aim is to create an inclusive, intercultural and supportive space where everyone can participate at their own pace, build self-confidence and learn with others.

During the exchange, participants co-create a multilingual Well-Being Toolkit, bringing together practical exercises, stress-management techniques, nutrition tips, movement activities and ideas for more sustainable living. This resource will be shared freely with young people, educators, youth workers and partner organisations.
