The Bien-être en Mouvement Well-Being Toolkit is now available

Discover the Well-Being Toolkit

Association Petite Graine is pleased to publish the Well-Being Toolkit, a practical resource developed from the Erasmus+ project Bien-être en Mouvement.

The youth exchange took place in Bagnères-de-Luchon, France, from 4 to 12 July 2026. It explored physical, mental and social well-being through movement, mindfulness, food, nature, group reflection and intercultural learning.

The toolkit transforms these learning experiences into 19 ready-to-use activity cards, designed to be easy to understand, adapt and implement with limited resources.

What does the toolkit include?

Each activity card provides:

  • a clear purpose and learning outcomes;
  • duration, group size and space requirements;
  • materials and preparation guidance;
  • step-by-step instructions;
  • debrief questions;
  • inclusion and safety adaptations;
  • a tangible output for the group to create.

The activities cover:

  • welcoming, trust and group building;
  • mental health, breathing and stress management;
  • movement, body awareness and cooperation;
  • food, emotions and intercultural learning;
  • resilience and personal goal setting;
  • nature connection and outdoor learning;
  • Youthpass reflection and future commitments.
