A Final Seminar to Close Reconnexion Verte
From 3 to 6 April 2026, Association Petite Graine hosted the final seminar of the Erasmus+ project Reconnexion Verte: Outdoor Education for Youth Well-being in Bagnères-de-Luchon, in partnership with Next Level e.V.
Following the international training course held in September 2025, the final seminar brought participants together again to evaluate the project, share their experiences, and reflect on how to carry the learning forward in their local youth work contexts.

Reflecting on the Learning Process
Over several days, participants revisited the competences developed throughout the project: outdoor education, non-formal learning, inclusion, well-being, mental health, and group facilitation.
The exchanges helped participants better understand how nature-based methods can support young people facing isolation, stress, low self-confidence, or barriers to participation.
Experiencing, Sharing and Consolidating
The seminar programme combined collective reflection, outdoor activities, peer exchange, and evaluation moments. Participants had the opportunity to:
- share methods and tools explored during the project;
- reflect on their personal and professional development;
- identify learning outcomes through Youthpass;
- discuss how outdoor activities can be adapted to different youth work contexts;
- strengthen connections between French and German participants;
- imagine possible follow-up activities.

A Project Rooted in Nature and Well-being
The final seminar confirmed the importance of creating safe, inclusive, and nature-connected educational spaces. The activities carried out in the Pyrenees showed how natural environments can become powerful spaces for learning, cooperation, and reconnection.
For youth workers, Reconnexion Verte offered new approaches to support young people’s well-being, resilience, and active participation.

Strengthening European Cooperation
This final activity also strengthened the partnership between Association Petite Graine and Next Level e.V. The project created a valuable space for exchange between organisations, consolidated pedagogical practices, and laid the foundations for future cooperation around outdoor education, mental health, and inclusion.
We warmly thank all participants, facilitators, and partners who contributed to this journey.
